Eastern Consolidated has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for a 19,000 s/f divisible retail space at 140 Franklin St. The property is available for immediate occupancy. The offering, located on the northwest corner of Varick St., is at the base of a seven-story condominium building. The property is comprised of 9,500 s/f on the ground floor with 14-foot ceilings and 9,500 s/f on the lower level with 10-foot ceilings. In addition, there is 185 feet of wraparound frontage.
