E. W. Howell hires DiBiase as vice president of Manhattan operations

E.W. Howell, an industry leader in general contracting and construction management announced that Jon DiBiase has joined the firm to oversee their Manhattan operations. DiBiase comes with 20 years of experience within the industry, working for companies such as Gilbane Building Company, Skanska, and TDX Construction Company. He has an excellent track record for leading a versatile portfolio of multi-million dollar projects across varied business unit market sectors. As vice president for manhattan operations, DiBiase will contribute to E.W. Howell's longstanding success as a commercial builder in the New York region. and focus on strategic planning, expanding the firm's NYC client base, and improving current systems and work processes.
