Dyer LaRoche joins Loeb & Loeb as partner in real estate department

Manhattan, NY Loeb & Loeb welcomed Chrystal Dyer LaRoche as a partner in the real estate department. LaRoche works with real estate investment firms as well as Fortune 500 and midmarket companies on matters ranging from complex leasing transactions and the purchase and sale of real properties to mortgage portfolios, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and related financings. 

“Chrystal’s broad-based real estate experience complements our diverse and robust real estate capabilities. Her addition will help us deepen the range of services we offer to our clients and further boost the strength of our market-leading real estate leasing practice,” said Raymond Sanseverino, chair of Loeb & Loeb’s real estate department. 

“We are pleased to have Chrystal join our New York office. As our Real Estate team continues to expand, our clients will increasingly benefit from our growing bench of talented attorneys,” said Laurie Ruckel, New York office managing partner.  

LaRoche represents clients on matters involving commercial leasing, sponsored private real estate investment funds, distressed investments, and lender negotiations, among other types of complex transactions. She has advised several high-profile real estate investment firms and banks on a range of matters involving all core real estate asset classes.  

“Loeb’s real estate department is renowned throughout the industry for its high caliber lawyers and sophisticated representations,” said LaRoche. “I am looking forward to joining and working with this distinguished and vibrant team.” 

LaRoche earned her B.A. from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. She joins Loeb & Loeb from Ropes & Gray.
