Durak and Santarelli of Sabre Real Estate Group rep landlord for 1,250 s/f retail lease

Bayonne, NJ Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged a ground-floor retail lease for an insurance brokerage in a new luxury apartment development at Broadway and Dodge Sts.

Julius A. Rose Inc., a fourth-generation insurance brokerage, which had been at 611 Broadway, has relocated to 1,250 s/f in City Lights at Bayonne, owned by Bergen Point Associates.

Steven Durak, a Sabre senior vice president, and Dina Santarelli, a Sabre director, represented the landlord in the transaction and together are marketing retail space in the 25-apartment development. The complex has on-site parking and is close to the 8th St. Bergen Light Rail Station.

Founded by Kenneth Breslin and Jayson Siano, both experienced retail real estate professionals, Sabre Real Estate Group, is New York Metro’s premiere full-service real estate brokerage company with a focus on tenant, owner representation, and investment sales. Additionally, Sabre offers retail, restaurant, franchise consultation services, investment sales, and property management. Sabre covers the entire New York metro area with offices located in Garden City, Long Island; Brooklyn; and Jersey City, NJ.
