Durak and Santarelli of Sabre Real Estate Group rep landlord for 1,250 s/f retail lease

Bayonne, NJ Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged a ground-floor retail lease for an insurance brokerage in a new luxury apartment development at Broadway and Dodge Sts.

Julius A. Rose Inc., a fourth-generation insurance brokerage, which had been at 611 Broadway, has relocated to 1,250 s/f in City Lights at Bayonne, owned by Bergen Point Associates.

Steven Durak, a Sabre senior vice president, and Dina Santarelli, a Sabre director, represented the landlord in the transaction and together are marketing retail space in the 25-apartment development. The complex has on-site parking and is close to the 8th St. Bergen Light Rail Station.
