Doyle of McGuire Development earns designation of real property administrator
Sean Doyle, senior property manager at McGuire Development Company, has earned the designation of real property administrator, RPA from the Building Owners and Managers Institute, BOMI.
With this designation, Doyle is equipped to maximize opportunities and value for McGuire Development's clients through proper and strategic property management and decision making. Doyle's studies focused on design, operation and maintenance of an office building, budgeting, accounting, risk management and best practices in bidding. In addition, his training will help the company in the marketing and leasing of properties, operations and asset management. Doyle has been employed by McGuire since May of 2012.
He is responsible for maximizing asset potential for McGuire's owned and managed properties through vendor sourcing, maintenance management, construction and redevelopment, budgeting, capital forecasting and tenant retention.
He is a graduate of Saint Joseph's Collegiate Institute and holds a BA from the State University of New York at Oswego and an MBA from Canisius College.
