Douglas Elliman launches The SLS Team

Douglas Elliman Real Estate has created The SLS Team, led by three top producing agents - Michael Lorber, Eleonora Srugo and Maria Sanclemente. The new team prides themselves on a profound understanding of the entire Manhattan marketplace - with Lorber acutely tuned into the Upper East Side, Srugo a savvy pro at Midtown sales, and Sanclemente specializing in Downtown. "The joining of Michael, Eleonora and Maria as a team is game-changing," said Dottie Herman, president and CEO of Douglas Elliman. "They are singularly talented and I can't wait to see their synergy as a team." The SLS Team was formed in the spirit of providing clients with access to an extensive inventory of Manhattan properties, as well as helping them make informed decisions to achieve their real estate goals. Their unique approach is grounded in experience, having overseen the marketing and sales on projects such as 15 William Street, The Windsor Park, The Azure, and Cassa Hotel and Residences. Together these transactions in 2013 totaled over $100 million. So far in 2014, the team has closed on 40 sales in the Financial District and eleven on the Upper East Side, with high expectations for continuous success through the end of the year. "Coming together with Eleonora and Maria was an easy decision," said Lorber. "Our combined industry knowledge gives us the advantage of providing broad market insight as well as a vast selection of properties to our clients. By banding together, we anticipate an exponential growth in business." Lorber, Srugo and Sanclemente each have strong ties to New York City and believe in giving back to the community that plays a key role in their profession. Together, the team is fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew and encompasses a unique market perspective, both locally and internationally.
