Dorman of NAI Summit completes 5 year lease

Matt Dorman of NAI Summit represented the owner, 190 Brodhead Associates, in the 5 year lease transaction with Phelan Hallinan LLP for over 2,000 s/f office space at 190 Brodhead Rd. Phelan Hallinan LLP is a law firm that represents and supports America's mortgage bankers in the states of Penn. and N.J. NAI Summit's Mike Adams represented the owner, Emrick Business Center, of 2436 Emrick Blvd. in Bethlehem in the 5 year lease transaction with ELM Group. ELM Group will use the approximately 2,400 s/f office space for environmental liability management. Jay Haines of NAI Summit represented the owner, Global Space Developing Inc., of the class A office building at 3123 Sullivan Trail in Easton, PA. The new tenant, Celergen USA Inc. will use the space for an office and distribution location. Celergen USA Inc. provides a nutritional supplement that encapsulates the power of cell nutrition by complementing the natural activity of existing tissues and cells in the body.
