Bohemia, NY Steven Dorf, President of Steven Dorf Properties has arranged a 3,000 s/f lease on behalf of WM Stone and Tile, LLC. The tenant, who specializes in the fabrication and installation of granite and tile, will occupy a space at 284 Knickerbocker Ave. The property is a one-story industrial building with one drive-in door, 16 ft. ceilings, and heavy power. The landlord, IFS Properties, LLC was also represented by Dorf.
