Doolittle of Murray Hill Properties and Beyda of Benchmark broker 11,935 s/f lease
According to Murray Hill Properties (MHP), the firm has completed a 11,935 s/f lease at 1441 Broadway.
Rick Doolittle of MHP represented the landlord, LH Charney & Associates while Michael Beyda of Benchmark Properties acted on behalf of the tenant, Christina America Inc.
