Dolgin, Nicholas and Cook of KDA broker $10 million sale of 114,000 s/f development site

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged the sale of a 114,000 s/f development site at 365 Kingsland Ave. in the Greenpoint section for $10 million, according to Neil Dolgin, executive VP of the firm. Dolgin, Joseph Nicholas and Jean Cook of KDA represented both the seller, Broadway Stages, and the buyer, Kingsland 359, LLC, in the sale. The property features a 20,000 s/f building on a plot of 114,000 s/f zoned M-3 for industrial use. The new owners acquired the property for investment/development.
