DLC Management Corp. completes a 45,000 s/f lease with LA Fitness
DLC Management Corp., a national owner and operator of open-air shopping centers, completes a lease with LA Fitness for 45,000 s/f at Sprayberry Sq. Shopping Center, a 134,000 s/f complete redevelopment.
The new LA Fitness will anchor Sprayberry Sq., located at the intersection of East Piedmont and Sandy Plains Road, directly across the street from Sprayberry High School.
DLC's redevelopment of the 1987 property includes new facades, new lighting, upgraded electrical, a new parking lot and new pylon signs, among many other brick and mortar improvements. DLC will complement LA Fitness with restaurants, sporting goods, home furnishings, personal services, apparel and entertainment type tenants. The Sprayberry Sq. redevelopment is slated to be completed in the fall of 2008. DLC will feature Sprayberry Sq. along with twenty-one additional southeast properties at the ICSC Southeast Conference in Atlanta, GA.
