DiGrazia joins H2M as director of const. services

H2M, a multi-disciplined engineering, architectural, environmental, and planning firm, is proud to welcome Louis DiGrazia as the director of construction services. DiGrazia has more than 20 years in municipal facilities management construction supervision, including planning, estimating, budgeting and purchasing. He has experience in on-site construction management, facility management, negotiations and land development, scheduling, monitoring and inspecting all work from start to completion. As director of construction services, DiGrazia will be responsible for managing the firm's team of construction inspectors and project managers that supports its numerous municipal and private clients including counties, towns, villages, water suppliers, sewer districts, fire districts and school districts. Prior to H2M, DiGrazia was the superintendent of Public Works for the Inc. Village of Freeport, N.Y. He was responsible for the daily operations of the department.
