DiChiaro of John J. Lease Realtors reps Haber in $175,000 sale of 2.6 acres

According to John J. Lease Realtors, Dollar General will be building a 9,100 s/f store on 2.6 acres on Rte. 17K. Land was purchased from Priscilla Haber for $175,000. She was represented by local real estate associate broker, Louise DiChiaro of John J. Lease Realtors. Dollar General's focus has always been on meeting the needs of rural communities and this store is a perfect fit. Dollar General provides name brands and generic goods at affordable prices. The store will be providing jobs for 6-10 people determined by customer traffic. Dollar General hopes the people will be as excited about the new store as they are in becoming a part of the community. Shown is the Dollar General at 1065 State Rte. 52 in Walden, N.Y.
