DiBella of Pliskin secures three leases for Three Cloud Realty

Bronx, NY According to Pliskin Realty & Development, a New York-Metropolitan area retail real estate brokerage, property management and investment firm, Pliskin sales associate Michael DiBella has brokered a 10-year lease for a 2,000 s/f space located at 261 East 134th St. DiBella represented the property owner, Three Cloud Realty, and the new tenant, Norwegian Wood Floors, a flooring contractor. DiBella also served as the exclusive broker representing Three Cloud Realty in two industrial leases at 256 East 135th St. and its new tenants. The two story-building now has as tenants two manufacturers, RCH Carving Frames, and Hand Hooked Rug, a designer and manufacturer of hand hooked rugs, each occupying 2,100 s/f on the first and second floor, respectively.
