Diamond of Coldwell Banker Comm'l. NRT completes 9 transactions totaling 13,936 s/f

Bradley Diamond of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT is enjoying the upswing in the leasing market. During the 4th quarter of 2009 and spilling into first quarter of 2010 Diamond has been busy closing an impressive 9 deals including the sale of one medical condo unit. His lease deals included: * 3,000 s/f office to major Insurance Broker at 10 Cutter Mill Rd. in Great Neck relocating from Manhasset. * 2,111 s/f medical office to Dr. Schwartz of North Shore Vein Center in One Hollow Lane in Lake Success. * 1,300 s/f office to Grodensky Law Firm in 2 Haven in Port Washington * 1,125 s/f retail to Roni Deutch Tax Center a tax preparation franchise out of California which plans on opening another 2 two centers by the summer with help from Diamond. "I called Bradley on a Saturday," said Glen Brooks the franchisor, "told him what we needed, and by the following weekend LOI's were submitted approved and leases were being drawn." Brooks continues "we needed to find a spot quickly and Bradley knew his market and found us a great spot." * 1,100 s/f retail space at Willis Square on Willis Ave. for a Kumon Learning & Achievement in Albertson. * 1,500 s/f retail space for a well known Hair Salon that is downsizing on Middle Neck Rd. in Great Neck * Two 900 s/f street level retail space for two separate doctors looking to take their practices out of traditional office space and onto street level retail. * Finally, he sold a 2,000 s/f medical condo to Dr. Vincent Macaluso of Macaluso Medical in the Hillside Medical Center in New Hyde Park. Diamond does not see slowing up in 2010 as tenants continue to take advantage of the bearish lease market. "My phone is ringing off the hook," said Diamond who is looking forward to continuing the momentum started in the 4th quarter of '09. Diamonds hard work as also earned him within the top three salespersons for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Long Island Metro.
