Diamond Data to launch online comm'l. property database March 31
Diamond Data Company will launch its online commercial property database system, www.ddmine.com, March 31. The company was founded by former owner of The Property Sourcebook and current owner of the Florida Investor newspaper, Kevin Guy, and his partner David Bass, the company's chief of technical design and primary database architect. They started the venture a year ago with the goal of consolidating all commercial property data from Florida's 67 counties. The system will go live with all of the counties encompassing major metro areas. "Our plans are to fine tune the system in Florida, then expand into other key states such as California, Texas, N.Y. and Massachusetts," said Guy.
