Diamond CB NRT selling agent for 401 Hempstead Turnpike

On the market for only 85 days, Bradley Diamond of Coldwell Banker NRT of Great Neck acting as selling agent, recently sold the property at 401 Hempstead Turnpike. This is a free standing building built in 1955 and located along the very busy Hempstead Turnpike. It was previously an auto parts store. The current owner is a manufacturer and distributor of Karaoke machines is anxious to move in and start serving his customers. The listing agents were Donald Brancaccio and Carmine Capobianco both of Coldwell Banker NRT.
