DeVinney and Burke of NorthMarq sell office/retail condo for $1.862m
Scott DeVinney, VP of NorthMarq Capital's upstate New York regional office, and Joseph Burke, executive VP and senior managing director of NorthMarq's Baltimore regional office, co-brokered the $1.862 million sale of an office/retail condo unit. The unit contains 5,600 s/f and is occupied by a branch of BB&T Bank.
