DeRuggiero and Florez of Robert DeRuggiero, Inc. broker $383,000 sale

According to Bob De Ruggiero, president of Robert De Ruggiero, Inc., a 2,000 s/f garage and warehouse at 479 So. Broad St. was sold. In addition to the warehouse, there is outside storage, office space, parking for eight cars and a drive-in garage. De Ruggiero and Juan Florez were both the listing agents and selling agents. The sellers, Ryan & Isabel Duffy, were represented by Jerry Moroules, Esq. Thomas Nardino purchased the property for $383,000. The attorney for the buyer was Ernest Nuzzo, Esq. "Small contracting/garage buildings are very much in demand", De Ruggiero said.
