Densen and Mayor of Island Associates exclusively handle $675,000 sale
West Babylon, NY Lawrence Densen and Christopher Mayor of Island Associates Real Estate, Smithtown-based commercial real estate brokers and developers, completed the sale of 292 Little East Neck Rd.
The sale price was $675,000.
The property was sold to Namet Properties LLC. They are repurposing the former Friendly’s into a casual dining restaurant named Five Brothers Fried Chicken and Waffles specializing in chicken and waffle entrees.
The property was exclusively marketed by Island Associates; Densen and Mayor brought the perfect buyer to this property and represented both the buyer and seller.
Property was successfully closed by Densen and Mayor of Island Associates on June 6th 2021.
