Densen and Mayor of Island Associates broker $515,000 sale with Karp of Coldwell Banker
Lake Grove, NY Lawrence Densen and Chris Mayor of Island Associates Real Estate, a Smithtown-based commercial real estate broker and developers, completed the sale of 2760 Middle Country Rd. for $515,000.
The property was sold to a Dunkin’ franchisee who intends to develop the property with a new Dunkin’ Donuts, replacing their exiting store.
Densen and Mayor represented the buyer, while Bryan Karp of Coldwell Banker represented the seller. The property was successfully closed in less than 30 days.
