Denholtz Associates reports 1,643,084 s/f of leasing activity in 2012 portfolio
Denholtz Associates completed 433 lease transactions totaling 1,643,084 s/f throughout its portfolio in 2012. In New Jersey, the firm completed 249 deals for a total of 882,322 s/f.
