Signature Group has negotiated three long term lease renewals totaling 14,858 s/f. Signature principal Nick DeLuca and VP Mark Jacobs represented the tenants in all three deals including:
* 100 Summit Lake Dr: Valhalla Summit Associates negotiated a long-term lease renewal for 6,000 s/f. SL Green is the landlord and had in-house representation by Ted Grogan.
* 500 Mamaroneck Ave: BLS Telecom negotiated a long-term lease renewal for its 7,000 s/f of office space. The landlord, Malkin Properties, was represented by its in-house representative Kim Zacagnino.
* 701 Westchester Ave.: Cicero Consulting Associates, a health care consulting firm, renewed its lease for 1,858 s/f of office space for a more than five-year term. James Rittman of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Normandy Real Estate Partners.
Middle Island, NY Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated the lease for the Giunta’s Meat Farms to occupy 45,000 s/f at Strathmore Commons.
