Signature Group has negotiated three long term lease renewals totaling 14,858 s/f. Signature principal Nick DeLuca and VP Mark Jacobs represented the tenants in all three deals including: * 100 Summit Lake Dr: Valhalla Summit Associates negotiated a long-term lease renewal for 6,000 s/f. SL Green is the landlord and had in-house representation by Ted Grogan. * 500 Mamaroneck Ave: BLS Telecom negotiated a long-term lease renewal for its 7,000 s/f of office space. The landlord, Malkin Properties, was represented by its in-house representative Kim Zacagnino. * 701 Westchester Ave.: Cicero Consulting Associates, a health care consulting firm, renewed its lease for 1,858 s/f of office space for a more than five-year term. James Rittman of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Normandy Real Estate Partners.
