Delisle of Island Associates completes purchase and sale of Starbucks/Chipotle in Mount Dora, FL
Mount Dora, FL Roger Delisle of Island Associates Real Estate Inc. has successfully negotiated and closed the purchase and sale of a free-standing Starbucks/Chipotle for $3.682 million.
The site is an out-parcel at Lock Leven Landing Shopping Plaza and contains a single 4,793 s/f building with Chipotle and Starbucks as co-tenants, with the Starbucks having a drive-thru.
The property is an out parcel to Lock Leven Landing which is a Publix Supermarket anchored shopping center. The site is located in the Orlando MSA.
The seller was the original developer of the property.
The purchaser purchased this property as a replacement property under a 1031 exchange. The purchaser was represented by Roger Delisle of Island Associates, and the seller was represented by Patrick Luther of SRS National Net Lease Group.
