Island Associates (IA) leased 2,160 s/f of retail space to Xclusive Spot Men's Clothing, a men's retail clothing store located at 24 Wheeler Rd. Xclusive Spot joins Advance Auto, Islip Food Warehouse, Rainbow Shops, Rent-A-Center, Checkers and other tenants in this 82,000 s/f shopping center. Xclusive Spot's aggregate rental exceeds $660,000. This is Xclusive's first store on Long Island where their other sites are located in the Bronx. Roger Delisle of IA represented the landlord. IA is the exclusive leasing agent for the shopping center.
