Island Associates represented CVS Drugs in the build-to-suite lease (turn-key) located at Western Patchogue site of Prospect Ave. and West Main St. adjacent to Blue Point. Roger Delisle of Island Associates brokered the transaction representing both the landlord and CVS. The site incorporated 3 parcels, former National Roofing, a two-family home and closed down retail site all encompassing approximately 1.83 acres in the Village of Patchogue. The norm for all entitlements have involved over 30 months in Brookhaven and 20 months in Hempstead, conversely the village of Patchogue process was seamless and effective with permitting time all of 10 months.
