Delisle of Island Associates brokers 6,500 s/f lease to Quick Chek

Copiague, NY Roger Delisle Jr. of Island Associates brokered a lease between Quick Chek and Kimco Realty Corp. for the 1.9 acres formerly occupied by the 6,500 s/f Bally Total Fitness at the Home Depot Plaza on Sunrise Hwy. (1147 Sunrise Hwy.) Kimco Realty Corp. was represented by Tom Piro, and Delisle represented the tenant, Quick Chek. 

Quick Chek offers in-store seating with order to made sandwiches, full offering market for all needs and their coffee with eight flavors. Quick Chek is based in Whitehouse Station, N.J. and operates over 153 stores in New York and New Jersey. Quick Chek entered a lease agreement in 2015 and the approval process with the town of Babylon took over 18 months The tenant will be opening for business this spring.
