Delisle Jr. of Island Associates Real Estate brokers sale for 2.2 acres

Roger Delisle Jr. of Island Associates Real Estate Inc. brokered the sale of the former Harborside Restaurant located at 503 East Main St., on the northeast corner of Phyllis Dr. and East Main St. (Rte. 27A). The site consists of approximately 2.2 acres with over 250 ft. frontage on Main St. Harborside restaurant has been an established restaurant for over 27 years. The site has been leased to CVS Drugs for the development of a 13,000 s/f store with a drive thru. CVS Drugs will commence construction of this site within the next 30 days with an anticipated opening for the spring of '08. Delisle Jr. represented both fee owner and CVS Drugs in this transaction. The aggregate rental is in excess of $10 million.
