Islip, NY Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated a new long-term lease with FRQNCY for 5, 900 s/f at 181 Freeman Ave.
FRQNCY is a fitness facility specializing in HYROX classes and fitness training drawing clients from all over Long Island. The tenant has built-out a facility with equipment and training apparatus.
FRQNCY joins Golds Gym and Pickleball Express making 181 Freeman Ave. a destination for fitness activity.
