Delavale of Breslin Realty negotiates 10,500 s/f long-term lease at Woodbury Shopping Center

Hicksville, NY Breslin Realty negotiated the signing of a long-term lease with Five Below at 410 S Oyster Bay Rd.

Five Below will be occupying approximately 10,500 s/f of the Woodbury Shopping Center, taking over part of the space that was vacated when TJ Maxx moved across the street into Woodbury Plaza.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.

Five Below is a chain of specialty discount stores that sell products for less than $5, plus a small assortment of products from $6 to $25. There are over 1,100 Five Below stores nationwide.

Additional retail at the Woodbury Shopping Center includes Staples, Bagel Boss, Walgreens, M&T Bank, Pasta-eria Italian Restaurant, Woodbury Kosher Meats, American Dry Cleaners, Michael’s Barber, Emma’s Nails, Lovely Card & Gift Shop, Park’s Happy Farm, and Leung How Kitchen.
