Yorktown, NY Breslin Realty signed a long-term lease with Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Chipotle will be occupying 2,300 s/f with a drive-through, at the Lowe’s shopping center at the northwest corner of the intersection of the Taconic State Pkwy. and Rte. 202.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of Breslin.

Additional retail at the shopping center includes Lowe’s Home Improvement, Starbucks, Slice Pizzeria, AAA, and a recently opened Trader Joe’s.

Chipotle is a chain of fast-casual Mexican restaurants serving burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and salads, with over 2,000 locations internationally.
