Breslin Realty has signed a lease with Epic Nail Spa at Tiana Plaza. The spa will occupy 1,800 s/f next to the newly renovated and expanded Planet Fitness. Robert Delavale of Breslin arranged and negotiated the long-term transaction for the landlord. Additional Tiana Plaza retail includes: Planet Fitness, Wild By Nature, HSBC, Radio Shack, Moe's Southwest Grill and Dollar Tree.
