Delavale of Breslin Realty arranges 2,086 s/f lease to NEFCU in Levittown

Levittown, NY According to Breslin Realty, a grand opening was held for NEFCU in Levittown Mews Shopping Center. NEFCU is occupying 2,086 s/f of the shopping center, which is located on Hempstead Tpke. at the northeast corner of Jerusalem Ave.

NEFCU is one of Long Island’s leading credit unions, that offers affordable banking services. They specialize in checking, savings, consumer and small business loans, and small business services.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.

Additional Levittown Mews retail includes Walmart Neighborhood Market, Portofino Restaurant, Mandee, Lane Bryant, Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies, The Children’s Place, Hurricane Grill & Wings, CitiBank, European Wax Center, Ulta Beauty, and H&R Block.
