Delavale of Breslin facilitates three leases totaling 32,000 s/f including 19,000 s/f at Sayville Plaza

Wantagh, NY According to Breslin Realty Development Corp., the firm has completed the following transactions:

The signing of a long-term lease with Guac Shop Mexican Grill at 1161 Wantagh Ave. Guac Shop will be occupying 3,000 s/f of the Willow Wood Shoppes shopping center. The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Org., and Ken Breslin represented the tenant on behalf of Sabre Real Estate Group. Guac Shop is a fast casual Mexican restaurant, serving tacos, burritos, bowls, salads, quesadillas, and more. The upcoming Wantagh restaurant will be Guac Shop’s fourth Long Island location, with currently operating shops in Garden City, Jericho, and Seaford. Additional Willow Wood retail includes Petco, Starbucks, ProHEALTH Care, Jovia Financial Credit Union, Sterling Bank, Jani Restaurant, Club Pilates, and more.

The signing of a lease with Jennifer Furniture at 5187 Sunrise Hwy., Bohemia. Jennifer Furniture will be occupying 10,000 s/f of the Sayville Plaza shopping center. The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Delavale. Jennifer Furniture is a Long Island based home furnishings store and showroom, selling beds, sofas, recliners, dressers, chairs, dining sets, rugs, home accessories, and more from designer brands. Additional Sayville Plaza retail includes Old Navy, Panera Bread, Sprint, Chipotle, GoHealth Urgent Care, and The Vitamin Shoppe.

A short term lease with Spirit Halloween at 5185 Sunrise Hwy., Bohemia. Spirit Halloween will be opening for the upcoming Halloween season, and will be occupying 19,000 s/f at the Sayville Plaza shopping center.The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Delavale. Spirit Halloween is a seasonal retailer that supplies Halloween costumes, decorations, props, accessories, and makeup. They operate over one thousand locations across the United States and Canada. Additional Sayville Plaza retail includes Old Navy, Panera Bread, Sprint, Chipotle, GoHealth Urgent Care, and The Vitamin Shoppe.
