Delavale and Navarro of Breslin secure 2,168 s/f lease

Breslin Realty revealed the grand opening of a 2,168 s/f Firehouse Subs at Centereach Mall. Firehouse Subs is a fast casual restaurant chain founded by firemen, that specializes in hot submarine sandwiches, with over 600 locations in 35 states and Puerto Rico. Additional Centereach Mall retail includes: Walmart, Planet Fitness, Modell's Sporting Goods, GameStop, Avenue, Dress Barn, Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft, Mandee Shops, Leslie's Pool Supplies, and more. Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization arranged and negotiated the transaction for the landlord, and Charlie Navarro of the Breslin organization represented the tenant.
