Davis and Maisch of Daniel Gale Sotheby's Commercial complete $528,000
Don Davis and Philip Maisch of Daniel Gale Sotheby's Commercial recently completed the sale of 2417 Grand Ave.
The sale price was $528,000.
The mixed-use investment property contains two retail stores and a total of four apartment units.
The seller was represented by Asif Hasmi of Keystone Realty.
