Daniel of Silo Financial completes $2.7m loan
Jonathan Daniel, owner and principal of Silo Financial, closed a $2.7 million loan for a 3,000 s/f co-op located at 3 East 69th St. The borrower in this deal required a short fuse cash-out refinance in order to capitalize on a business opportunity. Silo was able to close out the stated cash-out refinance loan in seven business days to meet the needs of the borrower.
