Daniel of Goldschmidt & Associates brokers 2,315 s/f in Armonk for The Granola Bar

Armonk, NY According to Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner at Goldschmidt & Associates, the firm has brokered a lease for The Granola Bar at Armonk Town Center, located at 575 Main St. The lease was for 2,315 s/f, making this store the retailers' fifth area location.

Handling the leasing for The Granola Bar is Lisa Daniel.

The Granola Bar, currently has locations in Westport, Stamford and Greenwich, CT.  They will be opening a location in Rye, N.Y. this coming fall. 

Goldschmidt & Associates since 1991 specializes in the leasing and sale of retail, office, medical, industrial, land, and investment properties in the New York metro area.  It is licensed in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
