Dane Real Estate hires Farrell as head of business development

New York, NY According to Dane Real Estate, Kristii Farrell has joined as the head of business development with a specific responsibility overseeing longstanding client relationships while also opening new avenues of business.

“Kristii’s compassion coupled with her depth of experience across industries will be a great addition to Dane. Her knowledge of financial connections coupled with her sales experience will allow us to enhance our current and new client relationships,” said Heidi Burkhart, CEO/founder of Dane Real Estate.

Farrell began her career in Ohio at Owens Illinois. She then worked in sales for Special Electric, an OEM company, in charge of all the Midwest sales. Thereafter, she became the CEO of BlueTrail Financial where they consistently realized 10%+ returns on their micro-loan investments across the US. Simultaneously, she co-chaired Kids Club of Orlando Florida in supplying low-income families with food, necessities, and support that they needed.

 “We are here because of the loyalty and trust our clients place in us.  We will only continue to grow and thrive because of them and our and future clients’ belief in us. Kristi’s work will help ensure that belief,” said Burkhart.
