DaCosta of the Gladstone Group brokers $1.275 million sale; Represented seller, DMS Realty, in sale of 41 Green Street

The 3,420 s/f office building that was constructed in 1997, is situated on a 14,810 s/f property that includes at 15-space parking lot. DaCosta, a commercial Realtor with Gladstone Group, is also a franchise owner of Transworld Business Advisors, located in Farmingdale, which is engaged in business brokerage.
