Dabbah joins TerraCRG as vice president of investment sales

Dabbah will be focusing on the sale of multi-family and mixed use assets in East Flatbush and other emerging neighborhoods. Prior to joining TerraCRG, Dabbah was the president of JMD Capital, where he developed and brought over 160,000 s/f of condominium and single family homes to Park Slope and Bergen Beach. He currently lives in Midwood with his wife and two children, and his love and expertise of Brooklyn has prepared him for his new role at TerraCRG. "Joseph's knowledge of Brooklyn combined with his sales experience made him the perfect candidate for this new position," said Brian Edwards, COO of TerraCRG. "We're also excited about our expansion into the South Brooklyn market, which has experienced a ton of recent growth." "I'm thrilled to join TerraCRG as the new vice president of their South Brooklyn division," said Dabbah. "I know these neighborhoods like the back of my own hand from living in the area for over 25 years, and I'm excited to grow within the TerraCRG team and watch the South Brooklyn neighborhoods continue to develop." TerraCRG is the one of only commercial real estate firms focused solely on Brooklyn transactions. In six years, TerraCRG has established itself as a true market leader. The firm is completing over 70 transactions a year in the borough by breaking the mold and customizing its approach to suit the needs of investors, property owners, developers, and lenders.
