D. Schiller and B. Schiller of Pyramid Brokerage Company Cushman & Wakefield Alliance complete $1.395 million sale to Falcon Land Development

David Schiller SIOR and Ben Schiller of Pyramid Brokerage Company Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member marketed 3333-3355 Sheridan Drive for lease and sale, resulting in the sale to a Buffalo area developer, E. Richard Gicewicz, president of Falcon Land Development, LLC. The sale price was $1.395 million. The 23,627 s/f strip plaza is anchored by Shanor Electric Supply, a long-standing electrical supply company in Western New York. Shanor is the sole tenant in the 3355 Sheridan building. 3333 Sheridan is currently occupied by three tenants: PC Expanders, Beauty Essence, and Buffalo Picture Frame. Ben Schiller procured three new tenants for the project: Mattress & More of WNY, Vineeta International Foods, and Nicquid Vapor. The two buildings will be fully occupied.
