Cushman & Wakefield to market 23,000 s/f retail space at 670 Columbus Avenue
Cushman & Wakefield has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for 23,000 ss/f of newly constructed retail space between the ground and lower levels at 670 Columbus Ave. between 92nd and 93rd Sts. on the Upper West Side.
The subdividable storefront space is located at the base of a luxury condominium conversion that is in the process of being redeveloped. The retail units will be available for occupancy in the first quarter of 2014. The block of space is the largest retail unit currently offered north of 79th Street. It offers an incredible 200 feet of frontage on Columbus Avenue with exterior signage potential and features ceiling heights of 15 feet on the ground floor and 18 feet on the lower level.
The retail space is being marketed by the Cushman & Wakefield team of Joanne Podell and Brandon L. Singer. The property is owned by LH Commercial Owner LLC.
