Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid broker four sales and lease 41,288 s/f total

Syracuse, NY Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. handled the following transactions:

  • Jim Laurenzo and Chris Savage from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. sold a 4,000 s/f industrial building located at 6750 Pickard Dr. to Tobins Refinishing for $205,000. Laurenzo and Savage exclusively represented the seller, D&S Thompson.
  • Pinnacle Holding Co. signed a lease and since taken occupancy of 14,431 s/f at 5845 Widewaters Parkway in East Syracuse. Cory LaDuke, Stephen Scuderi and John Clark exclusively represented the landlord, The Widewaters Group. The Widewaters Group as well as Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. are also tenants in the recently constructed building.
  • Clark sold an 18,920 s/f industrial building at 110 Boss Rd. The buyer, Sand Mauritius Holdings LLC purchased the property in May for $900,000. Clark represented the buyer.
  • Flex Manufacturing LLC leased 2,000 s/f of industrial space at 8 Adler Dr., East Syracuse Gary Cottet from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. exclusively represented the landlord.
  • The former St. Patrick’s rectory, a 1,224 s/f building located at 3656 State Rte. 13, Truxton sold to Teresa and Glen Underwood for $99,000. Joyce Mawhinney MacKnight from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. exclusively represented the seller.
  • Kimball Family Group purchased an 8,000 s/f office building located at 812 State Fair Blvd. for $396,500. Bill Evertz and Chris Savage from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. exclusively represented the seller.
  • Orthotic & Prosthetic Care of NC renewed their 2,317 s/f office lease at 522 Liberty St. LaDuke negotiated the renewal on behalf of the tenant.
  • Midstate Spring LLC leased 21,360 s/f at 6361 Thompson Rd. Brian Balash and Paul Mackey of Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the tenant.
  • Don O’Leary of Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co. leased 1,180 s/f of office space at 135 Old Cove Rd. to Thew Associates. O’Leary exclusively represented the landlord.
