Brooklyn, NY Cushman & Wakefield arranged a long-term, 20,000 s/f lease for Safe Horizon at the Pioneer Building located at 41 Flatbush. Safe Horizon, one of the largest victim services nonprofit organizations in the U.S. serving over 250,000 survivors per year, has been providing social services for victims of abuse and violent crime since 1978. The nonprofit will occupy the partial sixth floor of the property.
