Cushman & Wakefield facilitates five subleases - 112,047 s/f at 1745 Broadway

Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated five sublease transactions totaling 112,047 s/f at 1745 Bdwy. This 780,525 s/f, 26-story office building is located at the southwest corner of 56th and Bdwy. in Midtown.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Richard Bernstein, Adam Ardise, Stephen Bellwood, Lei-Lani Keelan and Troy Elias represented the sublandlord, Penguin Random House, in these transactions.

Knobbe Martens, an intellectual property law firm, secured the entire 21st floor, totaling 27,375 s/f. The subtenant was represented by Newmark’s David Berke and Scott Gutnick.

Tag Wall, a creative design and branding agency, subleased the entire 8th floor, totaling 26,366 s/f. The tenant was represented by JLL’s Matt Astrachan, Ben Bass, Harrison Potter and Kate Roush.

Procurement Advisors, a consulting firm specializing in procurement strategies, signed a 15,052 s/f sublease on part of the 22nd floor. The subtenant was represented by JLL’s Matt Astrachan and Seth Godnick.

Make-A-Wish Foundation of New York, a nonprofit granting wishes to children with critical illnesses, subleased 12,373 s/f on part of the 22nd floor. The nonprofit was represented by Artisan Alliance’s Sarah Pontius and Carleigh Bettiol.

RD Management, a real estate investment and development firm, signed a 17,363 s/f lease on part of the 7th floor. They were represented by Newmark’s Ben Shapiro, Bill Levitsky and Matt Augarten.

“We have successfully subleased over one-third of the space we are marketing at 1745 Bdwy. in just one year,” said Bernstein. “This achievement underscores the building's appeal and the strong demand for high-quality office space in this prime Midtown location.”
