Cushman & Wakefield broker $115m mortgage sale to Global Holdings

Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $115 million sale of the mortgage on the Mondrian Park Ave., a luxury 190-room hotel.

Adam Spies and Dan O’Brien of Cushman & Wakefield represented Moin Development. Global Holdings, an owner of over 10 million s/f, comprising over 100 properties and 2,500 hotel rooms, acquired the loan.

Located at 444 Park Ave. South in the NoMad neighborhood, the hotel neighbors Madison Square Park and the Flatiron District and is near New York landmarks such as the Empire State Building, Macy’s Herald Square, and Madison Square Garden, among others.
