Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged multiple leases totaling 16,445 s/f at 400 Madison Ave. in the fourth quarter, a 200,000 s/f office property located near Grand Central Station.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry Blair, Lauren Hale and Michelle Mean represented the landlord, Daishin America LLC, in the transactions.

400 Madison Ave. is a 22-story office building situated between 47t and 48th Sts. on Madison Ave. Built in 1929, the property recently underwent a significant capital improvement program that included a new lobby and amenity center.
