Crystal Window & Door Systems hosts AIA webinar Sept. 30th

Flushing, NY Crystal Window & Door Systems is pleased to offer another online learning opportunity for the design and construction community. AIA Continuing Education Credit Webinar, “Specifying Windows and Doors Using Performance Standards” will be presented on September 30th at 2pm by Vincent Grieco, technical sales manager at Crystal Window & Door Systems.

Architects and specifying professionals can use performance standards for characteristics such as energy efficiency, strength, sound attenuation, and light transmission to specify windows and doors for any project. This webinar will provide attendees with an understanding of standards and codes and how to apply them.

Webinar Objectives:

  • Understand the evolution of window and door standards and code references;
  • Learn how to use the standard to specify product type, performance level, and key performance attributes;
  • Analyze special requirements for different window and door types; and
  • Learn to use the short form specification.

A certificate of continuing education credit will be issued to attendees completing the webinar.
