CRS of Long Island completes $3.5 million sale and two leases totaling 10,919 s/f; Oberyant reps brokers sale of 106 Charles Lindberg Blvd.

Uniondale, NY Commercial Realty Services of Long Island Inc. (CRS) has brokered a $3.5 million sale and two leases totaling 10,919 s/f. In the first deal, CRS exclusively brokered the sale of 106 Charles Lindberg Blvd. The seller was Bergwall Realty, LLC and the purchaser was 106 CLB, LLC. The 30,000 s/f building sits on a Nassau County land lease and was formerly occupied by Nassau County. The sale price was $3.5 million. Bart Oberyant was the CRS broker representing the purchaser and seller. Michael Zapson, Esq., of Davidoff Hunter& Citron LLP was counsel to seller and Karen Rogers,Esq., of Garfunkle Wild, P.C. was counsel the buyer. In the second deal, CRS exclusively representing Kaplan Development Group,LLC subleased 4,619 s/f at 100 Jericho Quadrangle, Jericho from Michael Skurnick Wines, Inc. Jack Britvan, SIOR, president of CRS represented KDG and Harris Russo of Real Estate Strategies represented Skurnick in the seven-year sublease. In the last deal, CRS was the broker representing Russo Law Group, P.C., an elder care law firm. Russo relocated from 1600 Stewart Ave., Westbury to 100 Quentin Roosevelt Blvd., Garden City. Britvan represented Russo in the 6,300 s/f, 10-year term relocation. Robert Fisher in-house represented the landlord, The Feil Organization.
